Reporting workflow
Use dash.is-pro.dev/report for abuse reports. If the form is unavailable, email legal@lighthosting.eu.org with complete evidence.
Abuse categories
- Phishing and credential theft pages
- Malware hosting or delivery links
- Impersonation and fraud campaigns
- Spam and malicious redirect infrastructure
- Other clearly unlawful content
Evidence requirements
- Exact URL, including path and query parameters
- UTC timestamp and timezone
- Screenshots or captured response evidence
- Reproduction steps and observed impact
- Relevant headers or command output when possible
Fast triage tip: include whether the abuse is active at submission time and whether credentials or payment data are being targeted.
Response expectations
Critical active abuse is prioritized for urgent containment. Non-critical policy violations are reviewed in normal moderation queues. Reports missing enough evidence may require follow-up before action.
Security escalation path
When reports indicate immediate user harm, we escalate directly to emergency review. We may suspend harmful subdomains during investigation to limit ongoing impact.
Responsible disclosure
For platform vulnerabilities (not content moderation issues), email legal@lighthosting.eu.org with subject line Security Disclosure. Include reproducible steps and impact details.
Disclosure boundary: do not run destructive tests, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorized data access. Keep testing minimal and safety-oriented.
