By registering for or using any subdomain provided by is-cool-me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users — individuals and organisations alike.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

The is-cool-me subdomain service is open to:

By registering a subdomain you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use a subdomain under is-pro.dev or is-into.tech to host, distribute, or link to:

• Illegal content — anything that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright infringement, fraud, and unauthorised access to computer systems.
• Hate speech — content that promotes hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
• Violent or threatening content — material that glorifies, incites, or threatens real-world violence or harm to any person or group.
• Defamatory content — false statements of fact that damage the reputation of a person or organisation.
• Discriminatory content — material that unfairly demeans or marginalises individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Malware and phishing — software or pages designed to harm users, steal credentials, or conduct fraudulent activity.
• Spam — unsolicited bulk communications or content primarily designed to inflate search rankings deceptively.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether content violates these terms.

4. Registration and Account

Subdomain registration requires signing in via your GitHub account on our dashboard at dash.is-pro.dev. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Registrations are subject to availability and compliance with these terms. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or remove a subdomain when necessary to protect users, the service, or the community.

5. DNS and Technical Use

You may configure DNS records (including A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, CAA, SRV, PTR, and other supported types) for your subdomain through the dashboard. Compatible records may also use Cloudflare proxying. You are responsible for ensuring that the DNS configuration you submit is accurate and that it points to content you control.

We do not provide web hosting — we provide DNS resolution only. Your actual site content is hosted on infrastructure you choose and manage.

6. Privacy of Registration Data

Please be aware that the email address associated with your GitHub account may be visible in certain technical contexts (such as DNS records or WHOIS data where applicable). 7. Liability Disclaimer

The is-cool-me service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, is-cool-me and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to reputation, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

• A valid legal request or court order requires us to do so.
• We discontinue or significantly modify the service.

Upon termination, your subdomain's DNS records will be removed. We are not required to retain any of your configuration data.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
